IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION :
If you are arriving or departing from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport, which is located in Ballina, not Byron Bay, you must choose BNK (Ballina Airport) as your pick-up/drop off location.
If you choose Byron Bay as your pickup location, you will not be met at the airport and you will not be taken to your rental car by our team.
It will be your responsibility and at your own expense to get to and from our Byron Bay yard at 268 Ewingsdale Rd to collect and drop off the vehicle.
If you make an error during the booking process, please notify us immediately by replying to your confirmation email with a request to change the pick-up and drop-off location.
If this isn’t done, the above conditions will apply.
